• If a visitor overstays or violates immigration laws, it is their sole responsibility. We do not provide any assistance in such cases and accept no liability.
• We only provide document-related guidance; the applicant is solely responsible for submitting their application based on their verification of documents.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

We provide assistance with booking third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Hotel Bookings, Flight ticket reservation(s) or booking(s), Travel insurance(s), Property valuation (s), Financial Statement(s), Translation service(s) and/or Others

However, we do not own, operate, or control these services. The client understands and agrees that:

• We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for third-party service failures, cancellations, delays, errors, or changes.
• All bookings and transactions with third-party service providers are subject to their terms and conditions.
• Any disputes, refunds, or service issues must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
• We do not guarantee prices, availability, or accuracy of third-party service details.

5. Correction Policy

• Once documents are submitted, any corrections due to mistakes by our staff must be reported within 12 hours of submission.
• After this period, no corrections shall be accepted. Any modifications required after this time will be charged as a new service.
• Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing their documents before submission to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Loss of time, money, or other inconveniences due to visa rejections, processing delays, or policy changes by the authorities.
• The failure of third-party services such as airlines, hotels, travel agents, translators, or evaluators.

7. No Guarantees on Outcomes

Visa approvals, university admissions, travel authorizations, and other decisions are solely at the discretion of government authorities and relevant institutions. • If a client engages with third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, banks, or document evaluators, we are not responsible for their services or reliability.
• Any transactions, agreements, or disputes with third parties are solely between the client and the respective entity.
• We do not offer refunds for third-party services once booked. The cancellation and refund policy of the respective provider will apply.

17. Client Acknowledgment & Consent

• By using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of our services.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that they meet the requirements of their intended visa or study program before proceeding with an application.
• If the client fails to meet the criteria or provides incorrect information, we are not responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.

18. No Refunds Policy

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable, even in cases where an application is rejected, delayed, or refused.
• Payments made for documentation services, profile assessments, or visa guidance cannot be refunded once the service has been initiated.
• Third-party service payments, such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, insurance, and property valuations, are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective providers.
• In case of no-show, changing dates, addding policy or any related services is non-refundable. Any reasonable charges if applicable, shall be payable by client.
• Immigration department has the right to accept visitor(s) entry or departure. In any situation, consultancy services shall not be refunded. It is sole responsibility of the visitor to verify and travel with complete genuine documents.

19. Immigration Authority Rights & Travel Responsibility

• Immigration authorities have the sole discretion to allow or deny departure from the home country or entry into the destination country.
• If a visitor is denied departure or entry due to immigration policies, security concerns, documentation issues, or other reasons, it will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.
• We do not hold any liability for travel disruptions caused by immigration decisions or border control authorities.

20. Limited Liability for Study Abroad Services

• We provide information and guidance regarding educational institutions, courses, and admissions. However, the selection of a program or institution is the client's responsibility.

• Embassy appointments are free. Any applicable official fees, if required, must be paid directly by the applicant to the relevant authorities. • Our Resume C.V Making Services are limited to crafting professional, ATS-friendly resumes based on the information provided by clients. We do not guarantee job(s) or employer responses. Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all information included in their resumes. Our Resume C.V Applying Services involve paid assistance in submitting client resumes to selected companies based on their skills and preferences as informed by client. We do not guarantee job offers, interview calls, hiring outcomes, or employer responses. All hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective employers. Clients remain sole responsible for ensuring compliance with job application requirements, employer policies, permits and applicable laws. We assume no liability for any employment decisions, application or visa rejections, or other outcomes resulting from this service. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept that our role is strictly limited to assistance and guidance, and we hold no responsibility for any financial loss, employment denial, or other consequences arising from their job application process or related.

26. Immigration Status and Travel Responsibility

• Ethical travel and full compliance with immigration laws are the sole responsibility of the visitor(s). Any document, information, or representation provided by the visitor(s) or by any third party on their behalf is their own responsibility, and we assume no liability for its accuracy, authenticity, or consequences. Visitors are entirely responsible for ensuring timely return, fulfilling all travel and visa requirements, and adhering to all applicable immigration laws. Any overstaying, illegal activity, misrepresentation, or violation of laws is the visitor’s sole responsibility. Decisions regarding visa approvals, entry permissions, stay, deportation, or immigration penalties are made exclusively by the authorities of the host country.
